1, the ambient temperature is too high
Reason: When the inverter is working, it will generate a lot of heat, especially if the IGBT is working at high frequency, the heat will be more. If the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the internal components of the inverter may be too high. To protect the internal circuit of the inverter, the inverter will report a high temperature fault and shut down.
Countermeasures: Reduce the temperature of the place where the inverter is located. For example, you can add a forced cooling device such as an air conditioner or a fan to the cabinet.
2, fan stuck or damaged
Cause: When the inverter fan is bad, a large amount of heat accumulates inside the inverter and cannot be dispersed.
Countermeasure: Replace the fan.
3, poor ventilation of the inverter
Cause: If the air duct of the inverter is blocked or the air duct of the control cabinet is blocked, the heat dissipation inside the inverter will be affected, causing the inverter to overheat and alarm.
Countermeasures: Regularly check the frequency converter, remove the air from its air duct, and smooth the air duct.
4, overloaded
Countermeasures: Reduce the load or increase the capacity of the inverter.

Maintain proper temperature, humidity, ventilation, clean and non-interference, and regularly perform internal and external cleaning of the inverter.
2, the main aspects directly affect the cooling of the inverter
1) The built-in fan of the inverter is the main means of heat dissipation inside the cabinet, which will ensure the normal operation of the control circuit. Therefore, if the fan does not operate properly, it should be maintained immediately.
2) Overheat protection of the heat sink of the inverter module The inverter module is the main component of heat generation in the inverter and the most important and fragile component in the inverter. Therefore, each inverter is equipped with thermal protection devices on the heat sink.
3) Braking resistor overheat protection The nominal power of the braking resistor is selected according to short-time operation. Therefore, once the power-on time is too long, it will overheat. At this time, it should be suspended until it is cooled and then it can be used again, or you can use a resistor with a little more power.
4) The entrance and exit of the cooling air duct must not be blocked, and the ambient temperature may also be higher than the allowable value of the frequency converter. Some methods for solving the problems and suggestions for improvement have been put forward in a targeted manner, and there is a certain reference value for the application of the frequency converter in practical projects.
5) Interference issues Attention should be paid to the interference of the inverter to the microcomputer control board. The user's own design of the microcomputer control board has a poor level of technology and does not comply with EMC's international standards. After the inverter is used, the conduction and radiation interference generated often cause the control system to work abnormally and take necessary measures.
Second, the air compressor
If the air compressor oil cooler is clogged, the air compressor oil temperature will rise. A large part of the air compressor high temperature jumper is caused by the plugging of the air compressor oil cooler.

1, to prevent the air temperature in the station is too high
The role of air compressor oil in the screw air compressor is very important, that is, to be busy with lubrication, but also taking into account the seal, but also responsible for cooling. Therefore, the air compressor oil must be full, and the most direct reflection of the low oil level is that the air compressor has a high temperature and the machine trips. Have to be replaced in time, air compressor oil is not enough, look at the oil mirror to know. When shutting down, it should be between the lowest limit and the upper limit, preferably the upper point.
2, to prevent air compressor temperature control valve failure
Air compressor temperature control valve is an important component above the screw air compressor. It is equivalent to a brake. When the oil temperature has not yet come up when the air compressor is just turned on, he is turned off. The air compressor lubricant is gone. The small cycle, that is, does not flow through the cooler; when the oil temperature comes up, the temperature probe inside it opens, and the oil goes to the big cycle and flows through the cooler to the head. Keep the air compressor oil at a normal oil temperature. If the air compressor thermostatic valve fails, the temperature probe cannot be opened at the top, then the screw air compressor will cause high temperature failure.
3, to prevent air compressor oil filter and air filter clogging
The air filter of the air compressor must be kept unobstructed at all times. When the dust is used in large working conditions, the air filter should always use compressed air to clean the dust on it, otherwise the air intake channel will not be smooth, and it will affect the screw air compressor. Normal operation; If the air compressor oil filter is blocked, it will cause the lubricating oil road to be unobstructed, and the amount of oil entering the main engine will be less. The high-temperature shutdown fault will also occur.
